If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of KUME upon the verification and confirmation done by our team.
Refund Policy
• At KUME we prioritize our customers and we offer a “No question asked” refund policy to our customer for the first 5 days of subscription.
• The refund request should be raised within 5 days of starting the subscription.
• Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refund request.
• If the bottle is spoiled or damaged, subscriber’s security deposit would be forfeited and subscriber shall hold no claim for the refund of security deposit of bottle.
• Refund amount is calculated on the pro-rata basis of subscription period already expired.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund (pro-rata basis).
• You will receive the credit within 3 weeks, depending on your card/bank/wallet policies.
